Study criteria (i.e., age or gender requirements):
Two or more family members on the autism spectrum. This may include twins, siblings, cousins, nephews, uncles, etc.

Exclusion criteria:

Brief description of study:
The Mount Sinai Family Studies program is conducting a genetic research study of autism spectrum disorders with families who have two or more members who are affected. This study involves interviews, observations, and a small blood sample from all family members. All research may be conducted at your home and at your convenience, including nights and weekends. All testing results will be given to the family. Thank you for your interest.
