NARSAD Awards Prizes for Outstanding Research Achievements
Seven exceptional scientists who broke new ground in research on schizophrenia, depression, childhood disorders and cognitive neuroscience were honored by NARSAD at its annual New York Gala Awards Dinner on Friday, October 28th. At the event, NARSAD awarded its major prizes for outstanding achievements in brain and behavioral research.
NARSAD's 17th Annual Scientific Symposium
The 17th Annual NARSAD New York Scientific Symposium took place at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City on October 28th and 29th. The symposium consisted of 15 NARSAD Young Investigator grantees, who described their research projects in basic science, affective disorders and schizophrenia.
NARSAD INTRODUCES SCHIZOPHRENIA RESEARCH FORUM
New Website Breaks Ground, Accelerating Psychiatric Research by Fostering Collaboration.
An innovative web-based tool to accelerate research on schizophrenia - the most complex and challenging of mental illnesses - was officially launched by NARSAD: The Mental Health Research Association in late October.
