Gilbert A. Preston, M.D.
Young Investigator

Dr. Gilbert Preston, M.D. received his undergraduate degree from the City University of New York, and his medical degree from the State University of New York, University at Buffalo, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He is a tenure track Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Utah School of Medicine, a MIRECC investigator at the VISN-19 VA Salt Lake City Health Care System and is on the faculty of the Utah Brain Institute. Dr. Preston’s research is focused on transcranial magnetic stimulation studies of working memory, attention, and the genetic substrate of such effects.
